Job Summary

An Auto Body Repair “B” Technician is responsible for the proper collision repair of customer vehicles. Must be qualified in all aspects of vehicle body repair including structural, frame, electrical, and safety systems to return vehicle to pre-loss condition. Have demonstrated capability to work independently or within a team as directed by shop management. Ability to manage assigned production workflow to meet defined schedules while ensuring the proper safety and quality of the repair.

Qualifications and Skills

Must have a minimum 1-2 years in auto body repair and proven competency in body, frame, and diagnostics as well as general repair and installation.

Must have own tools.

Organized and goal oriented with proven track record of meeting production expectations.

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and obstacles.

Willing and active learner. Keeps up to date on changes and techniques in the industry.

Age: 18+.
