I will never go to another body shop again. Unique has handled all of our needs for the last couple of years, and a few things really stand out to me: excellent customer service- Jake and Justin make something that is usually such a hassle very easy; the quality of work is unmatched; they’re usually done before the original promise date, and the times we’ve not used insurance they have ended up charging us less than the original estimate. The fact that Unique is an Allstate preferred shop does make things easier, but even if they weren’t, I’d still use them.
I originally got my bumper fixed here after someone hit me, and I called them up last week to get a quote to replace my headlights and replace the brake light bulbs for my car. I honestly couldn’t be happier with how it came out, and they did such an amazing job last time.
I would highly recommend them if you need some work done or if you have little odd jobs for them to do!
Finally! I’m a detail-oriented guy, and you need a good body shop to get the details right… these guys deliver! I have had them do three different jobs, and all have come out nearly perfect. I noticed a few items after one repair, and Evan (#servicerockstar) agreed they needed a little more work and got it done right, and the results are beautiful. One is a fairly new black car, and those can be tough. I’m afraid to recommend these guys because I kind of want to keep it my little secret stash of body shop bliss…but what the hay, these are the guys I recommend to my friends and family anyway.
I have taken 2 of my vehicles to Unique Auto Body and have been extremely happy with the results both times! They are incredibly professional and efficient. I have used other auto body shops in the past, and they fail in comparison to the level of service I received from Unique. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto body services!
