We are excited to announce the addition of Blink DC Fast-Charging Stations at our American Fork location. These stations provide fast, reliable charging for your electric vehicle while you wait or take care of other services at our shop. With Blink’s cutting-edge technology, you can get back on the road in no time.

Our American Fork location features two Blink DC Fast-Charging stations, each with two plugs, allowing for up to four vehicles to charge simultaneously. Each station offers up to 180kW of charging power per vehicle* for fast, efficient charging.

How to Use the Blink DC Fast-Charger

1. Locate the Charger - Find the Blink DC Fast-Charging stations in the northeast corner of our American Fork location.

2. Connect the Charger to Your Vehicle - Open your EV's charging port. Plug the charger into your vehicle. Ensure the connection is secure before starting.

3. Activate the Charger - Blink Members: Use your Blink card or the Blink Mobile App to activate the charger. Non-members: Pay with your credit/debit card directly via the touchscreen interface.

4. Monitor Charging - The display will show charging speed and battery progress. You can monitor charging from the Blink app if you're a member. 

5. Complete Charging - When charging is finished, unplug the charger from your vehicle. Secure the cable back into the station for the next user.

6. Payment & Receipt - Payment will be processed automatically for Blink members. Non-members will be charged based on session time or energy used. Receipts are available via email or app.

• How long does it take to charge an EV with Blink DC Fast Chargers?

It depends on your vehicle and battery capacity. Blink’s DC Fast Chargers can deliver up to 200 miles of range in just 30 minutes, making it one of the fastest charging options available.

• Can I use the charger without a Blink membership?

Yes, non-members can use the charger by paying with a credit or debit card at the station.

• Do I need to bring my own charging cable?

No, the charging cable is attached to the Blink DC Fast Charger. However, adapters may be necessary in order to connect to your particular vehicle.

• How do I monitor my vehicle's charging progress?

You can monitor charging progress directly on the station's display, through the Blink Mobile App if you're a member, or directly in your vehicle.

• What happens if I leave my vehicle plugged in after it's done charging?

To keep chargers available for other users, we ask that you unplug your vehicle once charging is complete. Some stations may apply idle fees if the vehicle remains plugged in beyond the charging session.

• How much does it cost to charge my vehicle?

Our rate vary depending on the going rate per kWh. DC Fast Chargers generally have a higher per kWh rate than the more common Level 2 "high voltage" chargers you will find around town due to the higher cost of infrastructure.

• Are there any special hours or restrictions for using the charging stations?

Our charging stations are available 24 hours. Please check ahead to confirm availability.
