Job Summary
The Lot Technician plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of vehicle movement within the facility and working under the direction of the Lot Coordinator. This position involves various tasks related to vehicle management, including but not limited to, moving cars for production purposes, facilitating customer convenience, assisting with sublet repairs, and maintaining facility cleanliness. The incumbent will be responsible for arranging and relocating vehicles on the property or within the repair shop as necessary. Additionally, the Lot Technician will collaborate with technicians to facilitate the efficient flow of production by moving vehicles accordingly. Other duties may include assisting in the transportation of customers or their vehicles before and after repairs, as well as securing vehicles at the close of business hours. The position may also entail the washing of cars, equipment, and shop facilities as required.

- Physical fitness to engage in tasks requiring lifting, bending, and handling of vehicles.
