Qualifications and Skills

Working under the direction of a qualified and skilled Repair Manager, the Estimator drafts repair pricing and plans, as well as assisting in the delivery of completed repair orders. The Estimator has regular direct contact with customers and must have good verbal and written communication skills. They must have the ability to analyze and interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form related to automotive repairs as dictated by various insurance organizations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Create accurate estimates the detail repair and labor costs.
- Willing and active learner.
- Proficient organization and goal-oriented attitude.
- Complete final paperwork, including payment collection of customer insurance deductibles and insurance payments.
- Work well in a team environment by performing tasks as assigned by the Repair Manager.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Job Summary
Working under the direction of the Parts Manager, the associate is responsible for maintaining parts operation. Assists with the proper parts receiving, storage, internal delivery and returns. Verifies correct parts received in time for repairs according to the production schedule. Works closely with shop manager, repair manager and/or estimator to ensure successful delivery of vehicles.

- Is comfortable and enjoys solving problems on a regular basis.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational and time management proficiency with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and obstacles.
- Must be physically able to work in a shop environment. Standing, working with hands, operating tools, ladders, ability to lift fifty pounds.
